1. Shipping from overseas usually 2-4 weeks after items RELEASED from shop site. Any delay from shop site will not responsible as we only responsible once items shipped out from site.

2. Any minor damage such as scratches, dented (from overseas), unsealed(the seal opened from overseas) cannot be the reason of refund, returning or exchanging. 

3. 2nd payment needed if items overweight only. We will inform via Email or any platforms you reach us.

4. Your items will take 1-3 days to secure from official site. Please refer KSHOPTOWN21 IG STORY for purchase proof. For loose items buyer i might take 1-7 days or more to secure.

7. WILL NOT ACCEPTING any rush postage as my schedule of postage is on every THURSDAY- SUNDAY, 6 PM. Will inform if i NEED TO do an early postage.
